- Booking can be confirmed up to 2-3 days before the date of departure, subject to vacancies.

If for any reason you are unable to go on the tour, let us know at least 7 days before the tour. Your booking money will be refunded subject to negotiation.
If the cost of the tour increases due to any festival such as Eid, Puja, New Year and other festivals, it will be decided subject to discussion of both the parties.
Booking money will be refunded if the tour is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.
