Package Excludes:

Food not included with the package price for Makkah / Madinah (where not specified), but available at hotel or restaurant (Approx. SR15-20/per lunch or dinner). Food Menu for Lunch & Dinner: Chicken / Fish, Vegetable / Vorta / Shak, Dall, Plain Rice.

Any kinds of personal cost or others which are not mentioned above.

Payment Policy:

Phase-1: 75% of the total package amount at the time of booking.

Phase-2: 25% of total package amount before seven days of travel date.

Requirements:

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.

Bangladeshi passport valid for at least 6 months.

One copy passport size white background photograph.

Cancellation Policy

The package is non-refundable and non-changeable (except air tickets), and air ticket re-issue or refund charges are dependent on the airline’s policy.

Remarks:

GENERAL:

• Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
• The permitted age for pax is 18 years and there is no impediment for the most extreme.
• Approved vaccines are Pfizer Biotech, Oxford AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson with the full dose. A booster dose of one of the approved vaccines (Pfizer Biotech / Oxford AstraZeneca / Moderna / Johnson & Johnson) is required for the pilgrim who has taken SINOPHARM OR SINOVAC.
• Travel must be done 14 days after vaccination.
• PCR test is required before departure both from BGD & KSA. PCR test is also required upon arrival @ KSA (JED Airport).
• A maximum of two people can stay in one room (Twin). So, there is no option to book a triple or quad room.
• Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.
• All services depend on subject to availability at the time of booking and package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.
• Any changes can occur without prior notice.
• No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
• ITS Holidays Ltd –  reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any tour package inclusion services if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities.
• We have given a 5% discount on all our published packages, but no discount will be given to the EMI beneficiaries (Maximum for 6 months).

VEHICLE STATUS:

All the transportations for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or Van. Mentioned that, maximum of 2 luggage is allowed for per person. However, for private transportations or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.

Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportation 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at hotel.

All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.

ITS Holidays Ltd –  is not responsible if the vehicle delays due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.

HOTEL POLICIES:

PASSPORT POLICIES:

During your stay in Saudi Arabia, do not give passports to the driver or our local agent at the airport or any other place. However, the legal authority or our agent may take your passport for few times at the airport to perform their official work. If for any reason guest would hand over the passport(s) to anyone then it’s the guest’s responsibility to inform ITS Holidays Ltd –  on the same day.

MOYALLEM ACTIVITIES:

Moyallem will not be available at the time of performing UMRAH but we can provide on a request basis. For ziyarah, a driver cum guide/any other tour guide will be available. Guide / Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE:

For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.

For any kind of natural issues like if flight delay or missing luggage by airlines then ITS Holidays Ltd –  will not be responsible for that.

ZIYARAH TIMING:

Usually, we provide all ziyarah service for Makkah or Madinah at 7 AM and the duration is 2-3 hours (maximum).
