Common Documents

• Seven (07) months valid passport with previous expired or valid passport if have.
• At least (03) three blank pages required in your passport before taking visa.

Photo specification

• Recent 02 copy photographs taken in last 03 or 06 months.
• Photo size 35/45 mm with white background.
• Photo must be printed by matt paper.
• Birth certificate/national id card of applicant
• Visiting card
• Health Insurance
• Air ticket booking reservation copy with tentative travel date (if have).
• Hotel booking reservation copy with tentative travel date (if have).

Visa Application Form

Visa Application Form duly filled with required information using block letters and black ink only.

Covering-Letter

Covering Letter from applicant including Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel date, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Albanian High Commission, China. Visa Category: “Tourist Visa” must be mentioned in the subject line.

Trip Detail

Day by day trip itinerary or tour voucher from an authorized tour operator.

• Photocopy of the passport’s page showing the entry and legal stay of the foreign citizen in the country at the time of application for visa.
• Documentation that proves the tourism purposes of the foreigners in the country where he applies for a visa.
• Certified photocopy of the license of the Albanian tourist agency which invites the group of foreign tourists.
• Statement of warranty for the group of tourists.

Proof of Occupation

Forwarding-Letter: A letter from the office such a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letter-head pad stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status etc. Addressing “Visa Consular, Albanian High Commission, China”

Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum (If self-employed/businessman)

Office ID card copy/ Visiting card (3 copies)

Financials

Original copy of Bank Statement (salary)/ Personal bank statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly with authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable). Company Bank Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly (If self-employed/businessman).

Bangladeshi Citizens who have a valid multi – entry Schengen visa, type “C” or “D”, or a valid residence permit in one of the Schengen member states, can enter, stay and transit Albania without visa, within the validity term of the visa or the residence permit.

• Invitation letter.
• Inviter’s ID proof like passport or resident permit.
• Address proof like any electricity bill, any utility bill etc.

If Sponsored 

• Sponsorship letter.
• Sponsor’s national id proof like passport, pan card or resident permit.
• Updated bank statement of last 6 months. (if possible)
• Income tax returns of last 3 years.
