ITS Holidays Ltd. (International Travel Services and Holidays Ltd.) is a private limited company incorporated on 28 February 2018 under the Bangladesh Companies Act 1994. The company was founded in March 2015 and formally registered as a limited company in 2018. It is headquartered at Punashi Villa, Level 2, House 150, Block E, Road 10, Banani, Dhaka 1213, Bangladesh, with a branch office in Chattogram and representative offices in Australia, UAE, Thailand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka. We operate across three core service areas. Umrah and Hajj pilgrimage packages are our primary focus, serving Bangladeshi Muslims who wish to travel to the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. Our second area is international tour packages covering more than 100 destinations worldwide. The third is visa processing services for over 100 countries, serving individual travelers, corporate clients, and government institutions.
We have organized tours for major government ministries, international organizations including UNICEF and the World Health Organization, and some of Bangladesh's largest private sector companies. Md. Nasir Uddin (Rejon) — Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Md. Nasir Uddin (Rejon) is the Founder and CEO of ITS Holidays Ltd. with over 16 years of experience in travel, tourism, and aviation. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Management from Government Titumir College, Dhaka affiliated with the University of Dhaka, and a Professional Certification in Travel and Tourism from the National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI) under Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation. He has personally travelled to 40+ countries, participated in 20+ international tourism fairs across Asia and the Middle East, and attended 1,000+ industry workshops throughout his career. Under his leadership, ITS Holidays Ltd. grew from a three-member startup to a 100+ member professional organization serving UN agencies, government ministries, and major corporations across Bangladesh. In 2026 he founded Simax Global Group, a diversified business platform managing 50+ ventures across travel, aviation training, education, medical tourism, and digital solutions.
Mohammad Nur-E Alam (Rihath) — Chairman
Mohammad Nur-E Alam (Rihath) is the Chairman of ITS Holidays Ltd. with nearly 20 years of experience in import, export, freight forwarding, and logistics. He built his career in international trade and supply chain operations before co-founding ITS Holidays in March 2015, and continues to operate his own export business alongside his role at the company. As Chairman, he oversees overall organizational development, financial management, corporate client relationships, and long-term strategic direction. His background in international trade has been particularly valuable in building ITS Holidays' relationships with government institutions, multinational corporations, and international organizations.
Md. Khorshed Alam (Riaz) — Director
Md. Khorshed Alam (Riaz) is a Director of ITS Holidays Ltd. with professional experience across telecommunications, banking, and travel services. He began his career at Airtel Bangladesh where he worked for five years in Customer Relationship Management, then served for five years as a Credit Relationship Manager at a private bank handling corporate client portfolios. He joined ITS Holidays Ltd. in 2016 and has since led the company's sales, marketing, corporate relationship management, and business development activities. His combined background in CRM and corporate banking has directly shaped the company's approach to institutional and corporate travel clients across Bangladesh.
