Booking and Payment

How do I book with ITS Holidays Ltd?

You can book online on our website, message us on WhatsApp, call +880 1901-468550, or visit our office. Our team will share options, confirm the price, and guide you through payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bKash, Nagad, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Online payments are processed through SSLCommerz.

Is it safe to pay online on your website?

Yes. Online payments go through SSLCommerz with SSL encryption. We never store your full card number or PIN. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I pay in parts for a package?

Yes, for most packages. You pay a booking deposit to confirm your seat and clear the balance before departure. The exact amounts and due dates are on your invoice.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received, documents are submitted, and the supplier confirms. You will get written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

Can I book travel for someone else?

Yes. You can book for family, friends, or a group. Just make sure every traveler's name matches their passport exactly.

Air Tickets

Can you book flights on any airline?

As an IATA-accredited agency, we issue tickets for most international and domestic airlines. Search and book on our Flight page or ask our team for the best fare.

Can I change the date of my air ticket?

Most tickets allow date changes with an airline fee plus any fare difference. The exact rule depends on your fare type, and we will confirm the cost before changing anything.

What if my name is misspelled on the ticket?

Contact us right away. Some airlines allow small spelling corrections, while others require a new ticket. Always check names against your passport when you receive confirmation.

Hotel Booking

Can I book only a hotel without a package?

Yes. You can book hotels in Bangladesh and abroad on their own through our Hotel page.

What is the difference between refundable and non-refundable hotel rates?

Refundable rates can be cancelled free before the hotel's deadline. Non-refundable rates cost less but cannot be cancelled or changed after booking.

Which countries do your tour packages cover?

Can I customize a holiday package?

Yes. We can adjust dates, hotels, room types, and activities to fit your budget and travel style.

Does a holiday package include the visa?

It depends on the package. Some include visa processing, while others list it as an add-on. Your package details will show exactly what is included.

Umrah Packages

How much does an Umrah package from Bangladesh cost?

Our Umrah packages currently start from BDT 35,500 per person without flight. Prices depend on duration, hotel category, and season. See the latest prices on our Umrah packages page.

What is included in an Umrah package?

Standard packages include Umrah visa with health insurance, hotels near the Haram in Makkah and Madinah, airport transfers, Ziyarah, and a Bangla-speaking guide. With-flight packages also include a return ticket from Dhaka.

What documents do I need for Umrah?

You need a passport valid for at least six months, two white-background photos, and a copy of your NID. A meningitis vaccine certificate may be required under current Saudi health rules.

Do you offer group Umrah packages?

Yes. Our group Umrah package is popular with families, mosques, and community groups. It includes a team leader and a shared Ziyarah schedule.

When should I book a Ramadan Umrah package?

Book as early as possible. Hotels near the Haram fill up fast during Ramadan, especially for the last ten nights.

Can I combine Umrah with another country?

Yes. We offer Umrah combo packages with Dubai, Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan, managed as one trip.

Hajj Packages

How do I register for Hajj from Bangladesh?

Every pilgrim must complete government pre-registration and registration under the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Our team guides you through each step. See our Hajj packages for details.

When should I start preparing for Hajj?

Start as soon as the government announces pre-registration for the coming season. Early registration gives you more time for documents, vaccines, and health checks.

Who sets the Hajj package cost?

Hajj package costs are shaped by government guidelines and Saudi service charges. Final prices are confirmed after official announcements for each season.

Tours, Activities, Transfers, and Cruises

Can I book tours and activities separately?

Yes. You can book city tours, desert safaris, theme parks, and more through our holiday packages team.

Do you arrange airport transfers?

Yes. We arrange airport and hotel transfers in most destinations, either with a package or on their own.

Do you book cruises?

Visa Services

How many countries do you process visas for?

Do you guarantee visa approval?

No. No agency can guarantee a visa. We prepare and submit your application carefully, but the embassy makes the final decision.

Do you process work visas?

No. We do not provide labor or work visas. We assist with tourist, business, and family visit visas.

Is my fee refunded if my visa is refused?

No. Embassy fees and our service fee are non-refundable once your application is submitted. Read our Visa Service Terms for full conditions.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

How do I cancel a booking?

Send a written request to support@itsholidaysltd.com or our official WhatsApp with your booking reference. We will confirm any charges before cancelling.

How long does a refund take?

It depends on the supplier. Hotel refunds are often quicker, while airline refunds can take several weeks. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Is the Umrah visa fee refundable?
