ITS Holidays Ltd is a registered private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act 1994 of Bangladesh. The certificate was issued by the Assistant Registrar of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Dhaka. This is the foundational legal document that establishes ITS Holidays Ltd as a formally recognized business entity in Bangladesh.
This is the government authorization that permits ITS Holidays Ltd to legally operate as a travel agency in Bangladesh. It is renewed every three years following a review by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism. The current certificate is active and valid until 15 June 2027.
This registration is what makes ITS Holidays a government-authorized travel agency, not a self-applied label.
ITS Holidays Ltd is accredited by IATA, the International Air Transport Association, which is the global trade association representing over 300 airlines worldwide. IATA accreditation confirms that ITS Holidays meets IATA's professional and financial standards for promoting and selling international air passenger transportation.
This accreditation gives ITS Holidays direct, verified access to airline booking systems globally. It also means the agency undergoes regular financial and operational checks by IATA to maintain its accredited status.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. Achieving this certification means ITS Holidays Ltd has had its internal processes, service delivery standards and client management systems independently audited and found to comply with ISO requirements.
This is not a self-declared quality claim. It is an externally verified certification that requires ongoing compliance and regular surveillance audits.
ITS Holidays Ltd is a registered taxpayer with the National Board of Revenue of Bangladesh. Our TIN has been active since March 2018, the same year the company was incorporated. We file income tax returns in compliance with the Income Tax Ordinance 1984.
ITS Holidays Ltd is also VAT registered under the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act 2012. Our BIN is issued and maintained by the National Board of Revenue.
The Memorandum and Articles of Association formally define the legal scope, governance structure and operating framework of ITS Holidays Ltd. The company's primary objects, as stated in the Memorandum, include operating as a travel agent, selling air tickets, running national and international tour packages, and acting as an agency for Hajj and Umrah services.
An unregistered or unlicensed travel agency has no legal accountability. There is no government body that can hold them responsible and no industry association they can be reported to.
