ITS Holidays Ltd. is starting the Hajj pre-registration for adults and children from Bangladesh - 2024, 2025, and 2026. We are very proud to associate ourselves with such an important task as Hajj, and we are committed to serving the guests of Allah. We take pride in being an official Associate Hajj agency in Bangladesh that has received approval from Saudi Arabia and the Bangladesh Ministry of Religious Affairs. Bangladesh Government Hajj Pre-regeistation

All those who wish to undertake the Hajj from Bangladesh are required by the Ministry of Hajj and the Bangladeshi government to go through the Hajj pre-registration process as part of the initial preparations. When completing this pre-registration process, you must adhere to the rules set forth by the government. Following the prescribed protocol, kindly provide the following documents to start the Hajj pre-registration process:

Requirements for Adult Applicants

  • To initiate Hajj pre-registration for adults, please provide the following:
  • Scanned soft copy or photocopy of the National ID (NID) of the applicant.
  • Active and valid mobile phone number.
  • Email ID (if available).

Requirements for Non-Resident Bangladeshi (NRB) Applicants

  • For non-resident Bangladeshi applicants, the following documents are necessary:
  • Scanned soft copy or photocopy of the passport (foreign or Bangladeshi).
  • A clear, scanned, color, or soft copy of the birth certificate.
  • Passport-size color photo in soft copy. 
  • Copy of ID card or visa. Valid mobile number and email ID.

Requirements for Child Applicants (Along with Parents)

  • For children applying for Hajj along with their parents, the following documents are required:
  • A clear, scanned, color, or soft copy of the birth certificate. 
  • Passport-size color photo in soft copy. Scanned soft copy or photocopy of the passport.

Application Process for Pre-Registration

Application through Government Management: Travelers who wish to pre-register may do so by contacting government management or other approved Hajj organizations. The following offices facilitate pre-registration: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Office of the Islamic Foundation Director, Ashkona, Dhaka, Union Information Service Centre. 

Application made via a private Hajj organization

A Hajj agency or company authorized by the Bangladeshi government may also be used to complete the pre-registration process.

The Hajj pre-registration procedure is completed effectively in 1-3 working days.

Travel Agent Service Fees

You can complete the Hajj pre-registration process on your own if you'd like. As an alternative, ask a travel company like ITS Holidays Ltd. for help. As a service-oriented business, we follow a set of rules and procedures. The cost of pre-registering for the Hajj with ITS Holidays Ltd. is Tk. 3,000 per person.

Activities following Private Media Registration

After registering, pilgrims must turn in their passports and registration certificates to the organization. Hajjatris will have the required vaccinations, have their health examined, including testing for meningitis and influenza, and receive a medical certificate and a cholera certificate from an authorized government medical facility.

  • Hajj pilgrims will receive training at the Dhaka Hajj Office or the Islamic Foundation in their area on the day that the agency has planned.
  • Before their scheduled flight, pilgrims will pick up their passports, tickets, and visas from the agency.
  • For immigration processes, pilgrims must go to the Hajj Office in Dhaka eight hours before the flight.
  • The Hajj Pre-Registration Bank Deposit Refund Policy

Step 1: Submission

Pilgrims must complete the online form at the pre-registration center or on the PRP system. The pre-registration amount will have 1000 rupees subtracted from it; the remaining amount needs to be paid using BEFTN. The only pilgrims who can apply together are those who are pre-registered on the same voucher and are members of the same family; other pilgrims must apply separately.

Step 2: Suggestion

After confirming its accuracy, the application would be sent online to the Ministry of Religious Affairs for approval by the Dhaka Hajj Office.

Step 3: Acceptance

After the Ministry of Religious Affairs has approved the refund application, the bank user will receive it. Upon approval, pre-registration will be canceled, requiring a fresh pre-registration for the Hajj.

Step 4: Give back

BEFTN will verify the transfer of pre-registration funds from specific Sonali Bank branches.

Itinerary

Day 01 | 05 ZQ: Dhaka – Jeddah – Makkah (Umrah)
Departure from Dhaka to Jeddah. Transfer from Jeddah Airport to the Makkah Hotel. Check-in hotel, SAME DAY PERFORM UMRAH.

Day 02 | 06 ZQ: Makkah Ziyarah
- Cave of Hira (Jabal-e-Noor) - the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his revelations from Allah SWT through the angel Gabriel,
- Cave of Thawr (Jabal-e-soor) - where the Prophet and Abu Bakr al-Siddiq took shelter to flee from the Quraish,
- Mina – It’s called the city of tents as it has more than 100,000 air-conditioned tents to provide temporary accommodation to the pilgrims visiting to take part in Hajj,
- Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) - where the numerous prophets are said to have prayed in this mosque,
- Jamarat - This is an essential site for the pilgrims of the hajj which consists of three stone columns that are pelted as a mandatory Hajj ritual in imitation of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S),
- Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - the place where Prophet Muhammad PBUH stood and delivered the Last Sermon,
- Muzdalifa - it was the place where Prophet Adam (AS) the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and it is an essential part of the hajj,
- Jannatul Mualla - where many of the Prophet (PBUH)'s ancestors are buried, notably his mother (Aminah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib), and first wife (Khadijah),
- Masjid Jinn - where a group of jinn is said to have gathered one night to hear the recitation of a portion of the Quran by Muhammad (PBUH).

Day 03-20 | 07-24 ZQ: Makkah
Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 21 | 25 ZQ: Makkah - Madinah
Check out from the Makkah Hotel, transfer to Madinah Hotel, Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 22 | 26 ZQ: Madinah Ziyarah
- Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims), Masjid-e-Qiblateen - where Muhammad (PBUH) received the command to change the Qiblah, 
- Masjid-e-Juma - where Muhammad (PBUH) prayer first Juma,
- Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud - Martyrs Cemetery features the graves of 70 companions including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib who were martyred in the battle of Uhud),
- Masjid E Juma - Where our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) offered the first Khutba of Juma Mubarak on Friday,
- Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a Trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies of suffering fewer casualties.
After the ziyarah focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 23-28 | 27 ZQ: 03 ZH: Madinah
Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 29 | 04 ZH: Madinah - Shisha
Check out from the Madinah Hotel, transfer to the Shisha Apartment, check in the apartment and focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 30-32 | 05-07 ZH: Shisha
Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 33 | 08 ZH: Shisha - Mina
Make Ihram intention for Hajj, transfer to the Mina Tent (Maktab), Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah. Please note that those who will take the A Tent service will be taken to Mina on the early morning of 8th ZH and those who will take D Tent service will be taken to Mina on the night of 7th ZH.

Day 34 | 09 ZH: Mina – Arafah – Muzdalifah (Hajj Day)

Day time in Arafah:
After Fazr you will be shifted to the Arafah Tent, Focus on your regular Prayers in Arafah.There is no other day like the day of Arafah when so many people are freed from hell, The Maidan of Arafah is also known as the Maidan of Forgiveness. Spend this day apologizing to Allah for you, your parents, and your family. Make dua all day for yourself, parents, family, relatives, the people of Bangladesh, Muslims all over the world, or as you like.
Nighttime in Muzdalifah:
After sunset you will be shifted to Muzdalifah, pray Maghrib and Isha together in Jamat at a time (Jama). Spend the whole night in the open sky, collect 49/70 pebbles for Jamarat stoning.

Day 35 | 10 ZH: Muzdalifa – Mina – Jamarat – Masjid al-Haram - Mina
After the Fazr prayer in Muzdalifah, we will take you to the Mina Tent. After having breakfast at Mina Tent, we will take you to Jamarat for stoning (07 Stones) to the Jamrah Al Aqabah/Large Jamarah. After that, return to the Mina Tent or go to the Shisha Apartment, complete your Qurbani (sacrifice), shave your head (Male) / Cut hair (Female), take a bath, leave the state of Ihram, and wear comfortable cloth, Afternoon go to Masjid al-Haram with the group leader to perform Tawaf al-Ifadha and then another circuit of Sa’ee as part of your Hajj rituals, after that return to your tent in Mina. Overnight at the Mina Tent.

Please note that, if you cannot perform Tawaf and Sa’ee on the 10th ZH, you can perform it on any day between the 13th ZH.

Day 36 | 11 ZH: Mina – Jamarat - Mina
Proceed to Jamarat for second day of stoning (07 + 07 + 07) and maintain each of the three pillars in order, begin with Jamarah al-Ula (the small Jamarah), then Jamarah al-Wusta (the second/middle Jamarah) and finally, Jamarah al-Aqaba (the third/large Jamarah). After that return to your tent in Mina. Overnight at the Mina Tent.

Day 37 | 12 ZH: Mina – Jamarat – Shisha
Proceed to Jamarat for third day of stoning (07 + 07 + 07) and maintain each of the three pillars in order, begin with Jamarah al-Ula (the small Jamarah), then Jamarah al-Wusta (the second/middle Jamarah) and finally, Jamarah al-Aqaba (the third/large Jamarah). Return to the Shisha apartment, overnight at the apartment.

Day 38 | 13 ZH: Shisha
Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 39 | 14 ZH: Shisha
Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 40 | 15 ZH: Shisha – Jeddah - Dhaka
Check out from the Shisha Apartment, transfer to Jeddah airport for departure to Dhaka.
