Tour Itinerary

Day 01 :- Srinagar Arrival & Local Sightseeing

Upon Your  arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be met by our representative/Driver and transferred to hotel For Check INN ,Srinagar is the Summer Capital of J&K & is in the Centre of all the famous Hill station of Kashmir Like Gulmarg (North Side ) Pahalgam (South Side ) Srinagar is famous for 400-500 Year Old Mughal Gardens ,Dal Lake ,Nigeen Lake ,Houseboats ,Tulip Gaden (Asia’s Largest Tulip Garden with more than 10 lac Tulips But its open for April Month Only every year ) ,after check inn  leave for Srinagar city local sightseeing, Visit famous Mughal Gardens Like Nishat Bagh,,Chesham Shahi, Shalimar Bagh,Famous Hazratbal Shrine located on the banks of Dal Lake,Shankaracharya temple on hillock  etc. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 25 and 40 kms respectively and it usually takes 4 hours to cover all these points with ease as they are all on the banks/in the catchment area of Dal Lake.  Later in the late afternoon you will be back at the hotel, Dinn overnight in the houseboat in Dal Lake with 01-hour Complimentary boat ride included

Day 02 :- Srinagar – Sonmarg   Transfer Day Trip (86 kmrs/2 & half  hours)

After breakfast Leave for Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold ) which is about 86 kmrs from Srinagar City in the Ganderbal District  ,It is one of the most visited,scenic,serene  place in Kashmir ,mostly visited for Seeing Snow even in Summer ,enjoy full day fun there ,you can ride a pony to see the Thajwas Glacier covered with ice ,Zero Point (Snow Point ) located around Zojila pass near to kargil  (Need to hire a local union shared taxi to cover these both points on direct payment basis (negotiable charges  ),Dinner & night stay in back in Srinagar in hotel in the evening .

Day 03 :- Srinagar– Gulmarg  Transfer Day Trip  (56 kmrs/ 1.5 hour drive )

Today you will be transferred by road to Gulmarg( meadow of flowers )the total distance of 56 kmrs will  take about 1.5 hours ,Gulmarg is famous for Cable Car Ride ,Snow on Mountains during springs and Summers ,There is no direct route between Sonmarg to Pahalgam one is require to travel via Srinagar city ,After reaching gulmarg ,proceed to your hotel ,After check inn you can hire a pony to visit famous ancient shiv temple and 100 yrs old Saint Mary’s Church (Built by Britishers  in 1920one’s ) on the same day . You can also enjoy Gondola Cable Car Ride there which has two phases (tickets of it can be booked on the spot Or Online before arrival). Dinner & overnight stay back in Srinagar hotel .

Day 04 :- Srinagar– Pahalgam Transfer & Stay (96 kmrs /2 & half  hours’ drive )

After breakfast you will be transferred by road to Pahalgam. (Valley of Shepherds) via Srinagar ,Pahalgam in south Kashmir and gulmarg is in north Kashmir ,one has to pass through Srinagar city which is in the centre ,Enroute you will have a rare opportunity to visit the Saffron fields at Pampore Town , Also visit Avantipura  Temple Ruins etc dating back to 10th Century, Arrive at Pahalgam and proceed to your hotel for check inn ,After check inn you can visit famous aru valley ,betaab valley if you wish on the same day Or Take Rest at hotel. Dinner & Night stay in hotel

Day 05 :- Pahalgam- Srinagar Airport Drop(02 hours’ drive)

After breakfast as per your flight timing you will be dropped at Srinagar Airport to catch your onward Flight.

Basis Requirements:

• Bangladeshi passport valid for at least 7 months.
• 2 copies passport size white background photographs.
• Covid-19 vaccination certificate with online.

Booking & Confirmation Policy:

• Payment Part-01: Must be paid 50-75% of total cost of package amount at booking time.
• Payment Part-02: Must be paid 100% of total cost of package amount at final confirmation time.

• Package rate based on twin occupancy basis, minimum (2 persons in a room) occupancy is also available (depends on hotel policy).

Important & Useful Information:

1. Our Packages Included, accommodation, Transportation, Meals, Taxes and Sightseeing as per itinerary not Airfares.
2. Our Drivers are locals so they can be considering them your guides as well but using your own brain is also highly recommended while doing shopping or hiring any item or services
3. Due to Local Taxi Operators/Pony Walas Union Rules at Hill stations like Sonmarg ,Gulmarg & Pahalgam a tourist is bound to use local cab or pony service to access and explore local points of interest that are mentioned in our detailed itineries.
4. Gondola (Cable Car) at Gulmarg has two phases ,01 (Gulmarg to Kongdori 3500 ft ) & 02 is (Kongdori – Affarwat Peak 14000ft above the sea level ) for its tickets one can go online to book them as per there date and day at gulmarg or on the spot by themselves or hiring local guide at Gulmarg ,it has fixed price like 700 /- PP for Phase 01 & 900/- PP for Phases 01.
5. Guides/Local Touters Can be used at Gulmarg on Direct Payment basis to save time and engage in less efforts at Gulmarg Or even in that case use them to bargain/negotiate on your behalf with pony wala’s /local service providers,Guides usually Charge 700RS for a day.
6. Local taxi Charges for 3 Points at Pahalgam(Aru Valley ,Betaab Valley and Chandanwari ) range from 1600-2000/- on sharing basis on point wise fix rate basis .
7. Pony Ride Charges have no fix rates during peak season time, its better advised to negotiate on the spot with pony wala to get genuine price.
8. Our drivers help in giving information and insights about the places and service that you have to pay for at Hill stations but at the end you have to go by your brain to get the least price possiable from local taxi walas/Pony Walas.
9. There is No Fix Rate System of Taxi or Ponies at Sonmarg to visit Thajwas Glacier and Zero Point (Snow Point) one needs to do hard bargaining to get the best rates, normally for Thajwas Glacier Taxi Operators charge around 4000 Min During Peak Season & 6000 Min for Zero Point which is in Kargil Side.
10. Pony Rides at Places like Sonmarg /Pahalgam/Gulmarg have no Fix rates during season time, Anyone Using them should bargain to get genuine price.
11. One can shop throughout Kashmir, our drivers also suggest points and showrooms where you can get all what you want from Kashmir but final decision and choice is yours where you want to shop and where not

Booking Policy:

1. Minimum 10 Pax are Required for this special package offer not less than.
2. 30 % Advance is mandatory for package booking and confirmation and rest 70% on Day 1
3. Advance given is fully refundable if tour gets or is being cancelled 15 days before arrival
4. All Bookings/Payments made via NOG GST Mode will get 5% waive off/Discount on Given cost
5. Bookings Window Closes on 15th Jan 2022 only

Cancellation /Retention /Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation for all bookings cancelled 15 days before arrival
2. 100 % Retention applicable on all bookings cancelled within 7 days before arrival (Normal Circumstances /Reasons)
3. Full Refund Will be given on bookings cancelled due to Covid-19 reasons /lock-down even at the last moment

Hotel Rules and Regulations:

• The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1200 hrs – 1400 hrs (depend on the hotel).
• The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1100 hrs.
• Hotel Check in/Check out times are fixed and there is no guarantee for early/late check in /out unless paid for.

Cancellation Policy:

• After the booking any kind of package is full non-changeable and non-refundable, air ticket will be change or refund as per airlines cancellation policy.
